Camp Staff

Working at camp is a real job. It’s a crash course in teaching, conflict resolution, and teamwork. It helps you build communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills that all employers are looking for. It’s hard work, it’s super fun, and it makes a lasting impact on the lives of the youth you serve.

WHY WORK AT CAMP?

WE’RE LOOKING FOR TEAM MEMBERS WHO…

  • Are 18 or older and are positive, team-focused, and self-reflective

  • Have a background or strong interest in education, recreation, or youth development

  • Have skills or passions for music, the arts, science, and sports to share with kids

  • Will support an inclusive camp environment and a staff culture centered around professional and personal growth

  • Are bilingual in English and Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin

IMPORTANT DATES AND DEADLINES

  • Participate in mandatory camp training June 3-7, 2024

  • Work all of summer camp, June through end of August (except the week of July 4th)
